Under the leadership of the Executive Director, Rochelle Bell, Inspire International CDC, continues to give hope to families facing dire economic challenges through "project love". Each client we service is done with compassion and love.
Ms. Bell holds a Master’s Degree in Leadership and a Bachelor in Community Economic Development from Beulah Heights University. Rochelle initially started her professional career with a nonprofit organization that specialized in rehabilitative services for women that were involved in the sex industry. Due to the quality of service and compassion she exhibited as a case manager, the United Way of Greater Atlanta offered her a position as a Supportive Service for Veteran Families (SSVF) Case Manager. In that role, she assisted homeless veterans with housing referrals. She was then promoted to the Georgia Housing Voucher Program in which she helped homeless families locate affordable and safe housing options. This program also provided impoverished families with utility and rental housing deposit funding. It is in these various roles that she developed a deep connection and yearning to help families who are economically and socially displaced. At that moment, the idea for an organization like Inspire International CDC, Inc. was created.
Dennis Bell, Vice President
Dennis holds a Bachelor in Music and Arts from the Arts Institute of Atlanta. Dennis was first introduced to the overwhelming needs of homeless families while working as maintenance personnel with a nonprofit in Metro-Atlanta. During this role, Dennis was offered a position with Inspire International as a Housing Coordinator. In this role, he was tasked with supervising other housing case managers, performing site visits, meeting and counseling with clients and addressing any compliance issues related to the property and state requirements. Mr. Bell will be the leading coordinator of the Educational Resource Development Program.
Board of Directors
The success of Inspire also hinges on the active involvement of the Board of Directors. Members of the Board are actively involved in the growth of Inspire in the areas of fundraising, client services, and new program initiatives. Members of the Board of Directors hold various degrees in accounting, social services, and community advocacy.
Inspire has been able to service over 300 families per year as a result of the dedicated case managers working unconventional hours throughout the week. These case mangers deliver their service with tremendous compassion and care for those experiencing a very difficult phase in life. We have a staff of four case managers with a combined work experience of over 20 years serving families in need and those experiencing mental illness. Our case managers hold various degrees in the areas of social services and community development.
